Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy (UK) Introduction Mowshop (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to supplying high-quality products and complying fully with UK consumer protection law. This Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranty claims. Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling) 2.1 Cooling-Off Period If you are a consumer purchasing online, by phone, or by mail order, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. 2.2 How to Cancel You may cancel by contacting us by phone, email, or post, or by using the statutory cancellation form (available upon request). Your cancellation notice must be sent within 14 days of delivery. 2.3 Condition of Returned Goods You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. If goods are returned with signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value. Any deduction: Will reflect the reduced resale value of the item, and Will not exceed the amount necessary to cover that loss. Goods should be returned with all original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible. 2.4 Return Authorisation To help us process returns efficiently, customers are encouraged (but not required) to contact Mowshop on 0345 222 1538 or by email before returning goods. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory right to cancel. Return Shipping 3.1 Change-of-Mind Returns For cancellations under the cooling-off period: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs A tracked and insured service is recommended Responsibility for the goods remains with the customer until received by Mowshop 3.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described: We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs Reimbursement will be issued upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt The amounts below represent our typical return postage rates: Standard-size items: up to £9.95 Extra-large items (e.g. strimmers, brush cutters): up to £15.00 Refunds 4.1 Refund Timing Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of: Receiving the returned goods, or Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed. 4.2 Delivery Charges For cancellations under the cooling-off period: We will refund the cost of standard delivery Any premium delivery charges are non-refundable 4.3 Late or Missing Refunds If your refund has not appeared: Check your bank account Contact your card provider Contact your bank If unresolved, email questions@mowshop.com Faulty Goods & Warranty Returns Your rights regarding faulty goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 5.1 Short-Term Right to Reject If a fault is identified within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to: A full refund, or A replacement (subject to availability) 5.2 Repair or Replacement After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement, in line with your statutory rights. If repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction. 5.3 Evidence Requirement To assist with processing claims, we may request photographic or video evidence of the fault. This does not affect your statutory rights. 5.4 Return Form A completed Mowshop Return Form should accompany warranty returns to ensure prompt processing. 5.5 Fees No restocking fees apply to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods. Sale & Discounted Items Sale or discounted items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.
