Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy Introduction Mowshop (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to supplying products of the highest quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Policy sets out the terms governing returns, refunds, and warranty claims. By purchasing from Mowshop, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Returns 2.1 Authorization Requirement All returns must be pre-authorised. Customers are required to contact Mowshop on 0345 222 1538 prior to sending any item back. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the sender. 2.2 Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; further details are set out in section 5. Return Shipping 2.3 Restocking Fees Standard returns: 25% restocking fee applies. Confirmed faulty items: No restocking fee. 2.4 Condition of Returned Goods Returned items must be in new, unused condition, complete with all original packaging (including pallets where supplied). Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may incur a minimum deduction of 25% from the refund amount. Refused, cancelled, or undeliverable deliveries (where courier fault is not established) may incur redelivery charges. 2.5 Sale & Discounted Items Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless faulty. Refunds 3.1 Processing Times Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Confirmation will be sent via email. 3.2 Shipping Reimbursement For confirmed faulty items, shipping reimbursement will be issued subject to the terms set out in section 5. Return Shipping 3.3 Late or Missing Refunds If a refund has not appeared: Check your bank account. Contact your card provider. Contact your bank. Warranty Returns 4.1 Evidence Requirement Warranty claims must include clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the fault. 4.2 Return Form A completed Mowshop Return Form must accompany all warranty returns. Returns submitted without the form cannot be processed. 4.3 Shipping Reimbursement For confirmed warranty cases shipping reimbursement will be issued subject to the terms set out in section 5. Return Shipping Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. A tracked and insured courier service is strongly recommended, as the customer remains responsible for the goods until received by Mowshop. In the event of a confirmed faulty product, shipping reimbursement will be issued on production of the shipping receipt up to the following limits: Standard-size items: up to £9.95 Extra-large items (e.g., strimmers, brush cutters): up to £15.00 Shipping is not refundable for items returned that are subsequently found not to be faulty. 5.1 Collection Charges (UK Mainland Only) Where return shipping cannot be arranged, contact us to make use of our collection service. In the case of no-fault returns the charges are as follows: Boxed items: £40 Palletised items: £95 4.4 Remedies Upon confirmation of a fault, customers may choose: A full refund, or A replacement (subject to stock availability) Faulty returns are not subject to restocking fees.
