Refund and Returns Policy Returns information You must contact us before returning an item on 0345 222 1538, failure to do so may result in us being unable to action the refund process. We take no responsibility for items that are returned without prior contact or without authorisation from ourselves. The cost of the return is your responsibility, as are the goods until they reach us. We highly recommend that you use a courier service with extra insurance so that you are covered for any damages or if the parcel is lost.We can arrange the collection of your items using our courier service at a cost of £40 for boxes or £95 for pallets (UK mainland only) Important information Goods must be in the same brand-new condition and packaging as which they were received (including on a pallet if they arrived on a pallet). A minimum of 25% of the item(s) value will be deducted from the refund total if there are any signs that the item is not in brand new condition or the original packaging. This is at our discretion, and you will be contacted about any such deductions to be made. We do not refund postage costs. In the event of a refused/cancelled delivery by yourself or an undelivered parcel with no fault of the courier you will be charged a redelivery fee. A minimum of 25% of the item(s) value will be deducted from the refund for restocking.
