Description

With Service Kit 37 for STIHL petrol blowers and vacuum shredders, you can carry out simple maintenance work on your machine yourself. Regular standard maintenance, such as replacing the air and fuel filters and the spark plug, increases the service life of your machine. And because of this, you yourself can help to ensure that machine components and parts are protected from dirt and damage so they always works reliably and with optimum performance.

Service Kit 37 for BG 86 and SH 86 includes the following components for standard maintenance:

    • HD2 air filter
    • Spark plug
    • Fuel filter

The STIHL HD2 air filter is suitable for all operating conditions and can therefore be used universally. Thanks to its fine pores, it offers a very high filter quality and filters even the finest dirt from the intake air. By replacing the HD2 filter, the motor is reliably protected against the ingress of abrasive dust. The performance is retained, the consumption is low and you can continue to start your STIHL machine as easily as usual.

You should also check the fuel filter so that no foreign particles enter the engine via the fuel. Regular replacement of these components protects the engine and supports its long service life. Changing the spark plug is also recommended so that clean combustion in the engine and thus optimal performance of your implement is possible.

You do not need any additional tools for standard maintenance work. You can use the combination wrench from the scope of delivery of your blower or vacuum shredder to change the air filter and spark plug. A cardboard hook is integrated in the packaging of the service kit to release the fuel filter.

Delivery

Most products are kept in stock, and we aim to deliver your order within 1- 2 working days. If the item is out of stock, we will keep you informed of any major delays. 
MowShop shall not be held liable for any delays in delivering goods, nor shall they be held liable for delays caused to customers work commitments due to your order not arriving on time. 
MowShop shall not be liable to customers for charges for hire of alternate machinery or labour. MowShop will not be liable for compensation of any kind due to late delivery of machinery or failure of machinery or damage to property from delivery. 
Delivery of products is usually 1-2 days from receipt of order and clearance of payment. Delivery of tractors is usually 3 – 7 working days after receipt of order. 
Products will be despatched to your preferred address directly from our distributors. A detailed receipt, together with a copy of the credit card payment receipt, will be posted separately to you. 

Cancellation Rights: Returns & Refunds after delivery

In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations and the SafeBuy Web Trader Code you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return the items.  
To be eligible for a return, ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging and are in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
You must contact us before returning an item on 0345 222 1538, failure to do so may result in us being unable to action the refund process. We take no responsibility for items that are returned without prior contact or without authorisation from ourselves. 
You must return your products within 30 days of delivery at your own cost and risk. Returns should be sent to MOWSHOP, Allscott, Telford, Shropshire, TF6 5ED We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of receiving the returned items, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.  
Items returned without prior agreement will be refused and returned to sender resulting in you being liable for an extra charge from the couriers. If MowShop arranges to collect your items the cost to the buyer would be £36. This amount will be deducted from any refundable amount. 
If the returned item has been USED or isn’t in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING devaluing the goods resulting in handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the goods we will deduct a reasonable amount from the refund, up to the contract price to cover us being unable to resell the item for its full value. 
We advise you take photos of the item and packaging before returning as a record of its condition, in the event of any damage acquired by the couriers when in transit. Please ensure there is no petrol or oil in the products and any batteries are disconnected before returning the items. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be boxed and package correctly as advised by the courier, a courier will refuse to collect the item if it is not properly boxed and we will charge for failed collections.  
The product remains yours until successfully received and signed for by a member of Mowshop.

Warranty

Stihl Warranty periods as as follows:

2 Year Warranty Period – DOMESTIC USERS

All machines shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 2 years** from the date of purchase by the Owner, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Domestic Users.

**STIHL High Pressure Cleaners are covered for an extended warranty period of 3 years in Domestic use.

All batteries and chargers for cordless products shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the Owner, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Domestic Users.

1 Year Warranty Period – PROFESSIONAL USERS

All machines shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 1 year** from the date of purchase by the Owner, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Professional Users (Including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry, Farm and Estate).

STIHL AS System, AI Line and AK System cordless products are not covered under warranty when used by Professional Users (including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry, Farm and Estate).

**STIHL High Pressure Cleaners are covered for an extended warranty period of 2 years in Professional use. NOTE: There will be no extension to the warranty period on products sold to the Hire, Rental and Construction Industry. The existing 1 year warranty period will remain for these products.

Ignition modules – There is a 2 year warranty on ignition modules.

**STIHL AP System Tools, Batteries and Battery products are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the Owner, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Professional Users (including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry, Farm and Estate).

Spare Parts

Spare parts are covered by a 1 year warranty.
