Description

Specially formulated from natural ingredients including bee’s wax and oils.

Regular applications of Redback boot wax will greatly extend the lifespan of your leather boots. It also helps to maintain the natural moisture resistance of the leather, helping to keep your feet dry and warm, (Please note this is not suitable for the UBCH Crazy Horse boots as it will darken the leather).

Directions for use: thoroughly clean leather using warm, lightly soapy water and a sponge or soft brush. Allow the boots to air dry fully. Do not expose them to a heat source as this will eventually make the leather tough and brittle. Once fully dry, apply a small, pea-sized amount of the polish to the boot, using a clean cloth/polishing rag. Spread evenly and rub in the wax until it is no longer visible. The wax should be applied several times a year, or more with heavy use.

Redback boot wax has been specially formulated to be used in conjunction with Redback boots, although it can be used with other leather footwear.

About Redback

Warranty

Redback Boots

Warranty

Redback Boots are guaranteed for 6 months against manufacturing faults. The life of the boot is dependent on the type of use that the boot is exposed to. Well cared for examples can last ten years or more.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive wear and tear or misuse. For example, if the end user is constantly kneeling down with the boot’s toe rubbing against concrete or another abrasive surface and the leather covering the toe becomes damaged or wears through – this would not constitute a warranty claim as this would be classed as misuse. A further example of misuse would be if the end user is operating tools/machinery with their feet. If during this process, abrasion causes the stitching to be worn through, this would constitute misuse as opposed to a manufacturing defect.

Redback boots are made from premium leathers but are not lined and therefore, they are not waterproof. We recommend keeping the leathers clean and waxed regularly, as this will minimise water ingress and prolong the life of your boots.

Certain types of damage e.g. that caused by exposure to corrosive materials/substances or by unreasonable abrasion will not be covered by the Redback warranty. Assessments are carried out at our discretion.

We can only process warranty claims for boots purchased directly from ourselves. For warranty claims for boots purchased from an alternative retailer please contact them directly.

Warranty is only valid when boots are purchased from an authorised Redback retailer. All product tags and labels must be left in situ unless otherwise instructed.
