Versatile & Powerful 40v MAX+ Multi-Tool System
The Cobra MT40VXKIT is a highly capable and versatile cordless garden tool solution, designed for homeowners who want maximum flexibility without the noise, maintenance, or emissions of petrol-powered equipment. Powered by Cobra’s robust 40v 4Ah Li-ion Max+ battery system, this all-in-one kit includes a powerful multi-tool powerhead, a long-reach hedge trimmer, and a pole pruner—perfect for a variety of cutting and trimming tasks around the garden. The included standard charger ensures reliable charging, and the battery is compatible with other tools in the Cobra Max+ range, offering true cordless convenience and efficiency.
The ergonomically designed powerhead features a loop handle with a quick-adjust mechanism, providing excellent balance and comfort during operation. Lightweight and easy to control, the powerhead serves as the central hub for quickly switching between attachments, making your gardening tasks smoother and more efficient.
The long-reach hedge trimmer attachment includes a 76cm shaft and a 50cm dual-action blade, along with a 135° articulating head, giving you the flexibility to trim tall or hard-to-reach hedges with precision and ease. Whether shaping tops or sides, the adjustable head allows for cleaner cuts at multiple angles, improving your results while reducing strain.
For higher pruning tasks, the pole pruner attachment features a 76cm shaft and a 25cm (10″) cutting bar, allowing you to safely and effectively cut through thick branches and overgrown areas without the need for ladders. It’s ideal for regular tree maintenance or clearing back overhanging limbs.
A single shoulder harness is included for added comfort, helping to evenly distribute weight and reduce fatigue during extended use. The MT40VXKIT is also expandable, with a range of additional attachments available separately—including a brushcutter, grass trimmer, lawn edger, and an extension shaft—making it a truly adaptable system that grows with your gardening needs.
Whether you’re tackling hedges, pruning trees, or looking to expand into trimming and edging, the Cobra MT40VXKIT delivers reliable cordless power, precision control, and exceptional versatility in one easy-to-use package. (Not compatible with standard Cobra 40v batteries).Â

The Cobra 40V Max+ batteries are a step ahead of the competition in terms of technology and innovation. Our intelligent technology is carefully embedded into the battery pack design, resulting in a longer lasting and more efficient battery. The 40V Max+ batteries offer several advantages: one battery fits all 40V Max+ tools, they deliver high-performance power, run longer, and recharge faster.
QUICK ADJUST HANDLE
The Cobra MT40VX Powerhead is equipped with a quick-release loop handle, allowing you to easily adjust the handle position to suit your height and working style. This feature enhances overall comfort and control, especially during longer working sessions or when working in tight or awkward spaces. The loop design provides a secure, ergonomic grip, while the quick-release mechanism makes setup and adjustments fast and hassle-free — ensuring the powerhead is always comfortable and balanced in your hands.
EASY-FIT ATTACHMENTS
One of the standout features of the Cobra multi-tool system is how quick and simple it is to attach accessories. To fit the brushcutter, just press the button on the shaft of the power head, slide the attachment in, listen for the reassuring “click” to confirm it’s securely in place, then tighten the adjustment knob—and you’re ready to start cutting. Swapping between attachments is just as fast, making it easy to adapt the tool for different garden tasks.
