With centimeter-level positioning from 360° 3D LiDAR + Vision AI Dual Fusion Sensing System, the X4 navigates complex environments with ease. It maintains stable, precise mowing in harsh sunlight, low light, narrow passages under 70 cm, and even areas with weak or blocked signals, ensuring consistent results in any condition.
The dual rear-wheel drive system delivers strong traction and stability, allowing the X4 to climb slopes up to 45% / 24° with confidence. It maintains excellent balance and smooth operation even on uneven or inclined terrain.
Delivery
Most products are kept in stock, and we aim to deliver your order within 1- 2 working days. If the item is out of stock, we will keep you informed of any major delays. MowShop shall not be held liable for any delays in delivering goods, nor shall they be held liable for delays caused to customers work commitments due to your order not arriving on time. MowShop shall not be liable to customers for charges for hire of alternate machinery or labour. MowShop will not be liable for compensation of any kind due to late delivery of machinery or failure of machinery or damage to property from delivery. Delivery of products is usually 1-2 days from receipt of order and clearance of payment. Delivery of tractors is usually 3 – 7 working days after receipt of order. Products will be despatched to your preferred address directly from our distributors. A detailed receipt, together with a copy of the credit card payment receipt, will be posted separately to you.Â
Cancellation Rights: Returns & Refunds after delivery
In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations and the SafeBuy Web Trader Code you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return the items.  To be eligible for a return, ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging and are in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact us before returning an item on 0345 222 1538, failure to do so may result in us being unable to action the refund process. We take no responsibility for items that are returned without prior contact or without authorisation from ourselves. You must return your products within 30 days of delivery at your own cost and risk. Returns should be sent to MOWSHOP, Allscott, Telford, Shropshire, TF6 5ED We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of receiving the returned items, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.  Items returned without prior agreement will be refused and returned to sender resulting in you being liable for an extra charge from the couriers. If MowShop arranges to collect your items the cost to the buyer would be £36. This amount will be deducted from any refundable amount. If the returned item has been USED or isn’t in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING devaluing the goods resulting in handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the goods we will deduct a reasonable amount from the refund, up to the contract price to cover us being unable to resell the item for its full value. We advise you take photos of the item and packaging before returning as a record of its condition, in the event of any damage acquired by the couriers when in transit. Please ensure there is no petrol or oil in the products and any batteries are disconnected before returning the items. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be boxed and package correctly as advised by the courier, a courier will refuse to collect the item if it is not properly boxed and we will charge for failed collections.  The product remains yours until successfully received and signed for by a member of Mowshop. Â

This Limited Warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship of the product and its components when used under normal, ordinary conditions. If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises, Sunseeker or its authorized representatives, at their sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective Product or components in accordance with this Limited Warranty. The applicable warranty period begins on the date of original purchase from Sunseeker or an authorized Sunseeker reseller, distributor, or dealer.
Registration: Register the product online at https://sunseekerelite.com/uk/user-center within 30 days of purchase to receive a 36-month warranty. Without registration, a 24-month warranty will apply.
Battery Warranty: Battery packs are covered for a 24-month period, regardless of online registration.
Proper Use:Â The product must not have been misused, abused, neglected, altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center.
Approved Parts:Â Only Sunseeker approved accessories and parts may be used with this product.
Damage Prevention:Â The product must not have sustained damage due to foreign objects, substances, or accidents.
Storage Conditions: The battery and product must be stored indoors if the outside temperature is below 0°C.
Normal Wear and Tear:Â Components that experience natural wear and tear from standard use, such as blades, are not covered under this warranty.
Unauthorized Maintenance:Â Damage, malfunctions, or failures resulting from unauthorized or improper maintenance, handling, or overloading are excluded.
High-Pressure Washer Damage:Â Damage caused by exposure to high-pressure washing is not covered.
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that shows the date and place of purchase.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not cover any accessories supplied with the product. All repairs and replacement products are covered under the limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period from the date of purchase.
